How do we make it so good?
When we considered the idea of a company, the doubt arose of what the best manufacturing process would be best to guarantee the organoleptic properties of our creations. After research and carrying out different tests, it was decided that deep-freezing would be the selected method.
This process allows the preparation of our recipes from top quality raw materials. We prepare the ingredients with this material from its origin, each infusion, each cream, each custard is prepared at our installations.
Later we make the dessert and we freeze it immediately afterwards. That simple. This way we can guarantee the nutritional properties of each of our desserts.
That way, by simply taking the dessert out of the freezer one hour before consumption, it offers the unique taste experience which only Casa Eceiza desserts are able to offer.
Why are we making frozen desserts?
The universe of sweet dessert consumers is immense, and their tastes are very different. Some of our customers, impatient to try the products made by our confectioners demanded a quicker method of consumption (they are incapable of waiting one hour to wait for the defrosting process). That is why some of our products, after painstakingly analyzing
that nothing is lost in a new process, are available in the refrigeration section of normal points of sale. With all the flavour guarantees of Eceiza desserts. Naturally.
