When we decide to investigate, design, gauge and create a new product we do it under this point of view; that all our customers may experience a new and pleasing sensation each time they taste it. We are not manufacturers of cakes, pastries, cookies... we are a patisserie concerned with offering flavour experiences to its friends and customers.
What should a melted chocolate fondant taste like? Like the most intense of all chocolates. What sensation must one feel when they try our tiramisu for the first time? Like tasting a sweet cloud... Our work philosophy is that simple.
