We are not manufacturers of cakes, pastries, cookies... we are a patisserie concerned with offering flavour experiences to its friends and customers.
What should a melted chocolate fondant taste like? Like the most intense of all chocolates. What sensation must one feel when they try our tiramisu for the first time? Like tasting a sweet cloud...
